End-to-end ownership- 01Led requirement discovery with the client and translated operational needs into clear system workflows and features
- 02Drove weekly progress reviews, gathered stakeholder feedback, and proactively recommended improvements to the proposed solution
- 03Developed the web application across the full implementation lifecycle and independently performed functional testing before UAT
- 04Managed a two-stage UAT process, starting with the Section Head and continuing through managerial review
- 05Resolved findings and implemented revisions as business requirements evolved throughout the project
- 06Partnered closely with the internal IT team to align data structures, business rules, and system implementation
